First, we research the deed and neighboring properties, then we physically view and collect the necessary data on the property to determine its boundaries and perimeter.

Then we take that data and upload it into our computers. surveyor1.jpg - 9984 Bytes

After that it goes to one of our CAD operators and they map the boundaries and produce your survey based on all of the research and data.

Then your survey will go through a check and re-check system to ensure it's accuracy.

Your survey will go through at least four sets of hands before it is approved and signed by one of our licensed Surveyors.

Upon completion, you will receive 6 copies of your new survey.
